Delivery Information
At Dun-Bri, we aim to make ordering online as straightforward as possible by offering a reliable delivery service across the UK, as well as collection options from our local branches.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the value of your order, excluding VAT.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
Your available delivery options and any applicable charges will always be displayed clearly before you complete your order.
Order Collection
We do allow collection of orders, but there is not an option at checkout as stock could be at any of our branches. Customers wishing to collect should contact the office or branch they wish to collect from to check stock availability.
Standard UK Delivery
For most UK mainland orders, our standard delivery terms are:

Orders are dispatched using trusted delivery services to help ensure your goods arrive safely and efficiently.
Some smaller items may qualify for an alternative delivery rate. Please contact our sales team before ordering if you would like to discuss the available options.

For Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands deliveries, the first parcel charge will automatically be added to your order where applicable. If your order requires additional parcels, we may contact you regarding any additional delivery charges before dispatch.
International Orders
International orders cannot currently be placed through our website.

International shipping will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination and the requirements of your order.
Important Delivery Information
- Order value thresholds and delivery charges are shown excluding VAT.
- Requests for timed delivery must be received before 12:00 noon.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- If no one is available to accept the delivery, you may receive a calling card or text message explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
If you have not received your tracking details, please contact our sales team and we will be happy to provide further information.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, please contact us so that we can investigate.
